I do like the stroller overall, and my sister even commented on how nice it looks when we used it together. But dealing with the warranty support was frustrating. It took a while to hear back, and I ended up having to send the same information more than once. They did eventually respond, but the whole process felt slow and not especially helpful. For the price, I really expected better support.

The stroller itself seems okay, but the delivery box showed up beat up, ripped, dirty, and just not in great shape. I’ve ordered bigger baby items before and the packaging usually holds up a lot better, so this was a little disappointing

and we’ve been really happy with the inglesina stroller so far. It feels solid and safe, the harness is simple to use, and the brakes work well. It doesn’t feel shaky or wobbly at all when we’re out with it. I did take off one star because the setup was a little frustrating in the beginning, and it’s a bit on the pricey side, but overall it’s been a really good stroller

It folds up okay, but I’ll be honest, it wasn’t super quick for me at first. Took a little Practice to get the hang of it, but once you do it a few times it’s not Bad.

I’m disappointed with this. For the price, I expected it to feel much better made, but the fabric started looking worn way too quickly and the plastic parts feel cheap and flimsy. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect better quality, and at the very least I’d appreciate an apology from the company for how underwhelming this turned out. I wouldn’t buy from them again

The stroller does look really nice, but is it just me or is it heavier than expected? Folding it isn’t too bad, but lifting it in and out of the car gets annoying quickly. I wouldn’t really call it travel friendly, at least not for me. For the price, I was hoping it would be a bit lighter.

We bought our inglesina stroller right before a weekend trip, it made getting through the airport so much less stressful. When you’re already juggling bags, snacks, boarding passes, and a tired kid, having a stroller that just works feels like a small act of mercy.

It folds up quickly and fit in the trunk along with our luggage, which was a relief. It’s not the lightest stroller ever, but it was manageable enough for me to carry up a few hotel steps without feeling totally defeated.
I’m giving it 4 stars because, for the price, things like the cup holder or basic accessories really ought to be included. That just seems fair. Still, overall I’m happy with it and would use it again for travel.

I mean, putting it together wasn’t terrible or anything, but I did feel unsure a few times. Some pieces snapped in easily, but others took me a couple tries, and I wasn’t totally confident I had them lined up right. The instructions helped, but they could definitely be clearer. It ended up taking longer than I expected. Overall it’s fine, just not quite as simple as I was hoping.

I bought this on a bit of an impulse because I figured it would help save space, but eh… I was kind of disappointed once I actually used it. It does fold down smaller than some others, but it still feels bulky in my closet and it’s a little awkward to move around. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected it to be more convenient for the price.

We got the Inglesina stroller mostly because it said it would work with our Nuna car seat. I was kind of rushing to get everything set up, so I was relieved that the adapter wasn’t too hard to figure out and clicked in really securely. I did have to spend a few minutes digging around the site to make sure we had the right one, which was a little annoying when I was trying to move fast. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the compatibility details were easier to find and a bit clearer...

My little one seems really comfy in this stroller and even naps in it easily, which I really appreciate. That said, the straps are kind of fiddly and more annoying to adjust than they should be. I feel like the company should at least acknowledge that and apologize, because it takes away from an otherwise great stroller

The exchange went through in the end, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, just something they could tighten up a bit

I really wanted to like these, but for the price I expected the designs to feel a lot more modern. Some of the colors are cute, but overall the strollers look kind of bulky and old-fashioned to me. Also, the reminders from the company were a bit much — like, way too pushy for something I hadn’t even decided on yet. Not terrible overall, just not really my style...

The stuff is nice and all, but something about it just doesn’t feel worth the price. I expected a bit more for what I paid.

At first I was happy with it, it looked nice and worked fine for the first few months. But then little things started going wrong. The wheels got squeaky, the frame started feeling loose, and now one part doesn’t click in the way it used to. It’s frustrating because I felt like I kept lowering my expectations just to be okay with it, like the goalposts kept moving from “this should last a while” to “well, at least it still sort of works.” For the price, I definitely expected better. It’s not completely useless, but it’s been a disappointment.

I got our stroller from inglesina.us, i’m happy with it overall. It pushes really smoothly, and most of the time I can steer it with one hand, which is a lifesaver when I’m holding coffee or handing my toddler a snack.

It’s been great on sidewalks and in store aisles, and the wheels feel sturdy, not flimsy or cheap. I do kind of regret not buying it sooner because it would’ve made some of our earlier outings a lot easier.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a little more effort on bumpier paths. But for everyday use, it’s been really solid and easy to use.

It wipes down easily for the most part, so that’s nice. But crumbs get stuck everywhere, like every product like this somehow has a million tiny spots for them to hide. It’s not terrible, just a little annoying when you’re trying to actually get it clean.

I’ve always liked this brand and have stuck with them for a while, so it was disappointing when I couldn’t find the replacement parts I needed anywhere. I don’t really want to switch to another brand, but it’s frustrating when something simple turns into a hassle.
